Please Help, Having changed permissions at destination when transferred via sftp client!!

I have a destination directory say /user/home/target folder with the target folder having 775 permissions set. The issue is that when it is transferred over via SFTP onto a NAS mount on a Unix server the target folder permissions set is 755. Is there any feature under the SFTP process set up that changes up these permissions?

I'm not sure what server your using, but the permissions are generally controlled by the server for SFTP. If using SSH Tectia Server you can try updating the umask setting on on the server config.

Please see the following Admin Manual link.
