We are not able to run the sftp.bat batch file in SQL Server Job it gives message "unable to connect to FTP server", but when we run batch file independently it is running and connecting to FTP server. do we have to do any setting at SQL SERVER so that we can connect to SSH tectia server and download the file. We are stuck with this step unable to proceed further kindly help

The sql server is likely running the job as the SYSTEM user. Can you double check what the SQL Server Service user is running as? I'm assuming the batch file is running with some kind of non-user interactive setup. If its running as SYSTEM you would need to either change the user its running as, or set up the keys (host keys and User keys (if your using key auth)) in the "All Users" profile directly.

As you may expect there are some pretty significant security risks setting up a non-interactive auth in the "All Users" profile, and this is not recommended.
